MSAZI was founded by our Chairman, Xi Zuo Yi in 2004 with an absolute commitment to providing exceptional quality and service to our customers and to creating a built environment that enriches the Fives of people who use it.
The company has grown significantly since then, while remaining a Family business and retaining those original values. Our vision is to continue to build on this foundation to become a market-leading building services company.
MSAZI now employs Over 150 engineers and staff and has played a key role in High profile projects such as the development of Lusail City, Doha and for 2022 FIFA world cup in Qatar.
Our people's performance is key to our success and we pride ourselves on our highly-skilled and motivated team, many of whom have been with us since the company's beginnings. We are passionate about inspiring the next generation into the construction industry and apprenticeships ore engrained in our company culture.
Our Managing Director Mr.Xi started as an apprentice and three Directors on our Board come up as apprentices through the company. We were awarded the WSH 2011 Silver Award of the Year in London 2011 and WSH 2012 Safety & Health Award. Moreover, one of our apprentices has been nominated as an Ambassador for Young Women in the construdon industry, which is testament to the quality and diversity of our leading apprenticeship programme.
